About me:
I have recently become a Certified Professional Coach under the internationally acclaimed ICC program. This program has literally changed my life, where I have been able to realign my life’s purpose and unlock my potential as a professional in my work field but also as a coach. I have become healthier, more joyful and confident person with a lot of vitality and resilience to meet everything life has to offer in a positive and constructive way!
My method:
My coaching approach is all about empowerment, taking responsiblity and unlocking people’s potential to learn more about their personalities, limitting beliefs and how to maximize performance. It has helped my previous clients to learn and capitalize on their own hidden resources, championing the person towards a more satisfying life.
I strongly believe that a happy person is a balanced person. By harmonizing thoughts, emotions and intent with actions we encourage our personal growth which benefits us and the community we leave in.
